Formula Similarity Analysis (FS) and Synergistic Herbal Identification (SH)

Enter the herb list of your formula, you could obtain similar formulas from TCMAP database for your formula (see help for details).

  • For 'Herb Type', you can use Herb Pinyin Name (e.g. 'DA HUANG'), Herb Chinese Name (e.g. '大黄'), Herb English Name (e.g. 'root and rhziome of Sorrel Rhubarb') or Herb ID (e.g. 'HERB001069').
  • For 'P-Value', the threshold of the enrichment analysis, you can use specific threshold such as '0.05' or '0.01'.
