coding potential of LncRNA transcripts

Welcome to CodLncEnPred!

CodLncEnPred is an online platform for systematic discovery and prediction of long noncoding RNAs with translation potential. It integrates multi-modal, confidence-tiered human datasets (from curated low-throughput validations to large high-throughput collections), benchmarks twelve classical predictors, CPAT, CNCI, CPC2, IRSOM2, mRNN, CPPred, LGC, RNAsamba, DeepCPP, LncReader, ABLNCPP and PLEKv2, and four nucleic-acid foundation models, RiNALMo, RNA-FM, RNABERT and DNABERT-2; each classical predictor is fine-tuned exclusively on human data. The platform combines all model outputs using a Random Forest ensemble to produce a robust integrated score. The web server lets users submit sequences and receive per-tool predictions plus the Random Forest ensemble score.
