About us
Cm-siRPred is an advanced webserver designed to predict the efficiency of chemically modified siRNA (cm-siRNA) and aid in the development of such drugs. The platform consists of two distinct and user-friendly modules: the Chemical Modification Design module and the cm-siRNA Efficiency Prediction module. The Chemical Modification Design module enables dynamic online design of cm-siRNA drugs, empowering users to explore various chemical modifications for optimal drug design. And the cm-siRNA Efficiency Prediction module facilitates the input of a batch of cm-siRNA sequences (in fasta format) and their corresponding chemical modification information (in SMILES format) for efficient prediction. In summary, it offers an effective tool for the development of small RNA-based drugs, providing essential technical support for the design and optimization of cm-siRNA drugs.
