Our database is dedicated to providing single-cell transcriptomic data related to cancer treatment, focusing on the cellular changes before and after therapy. The current version of the database compiles data from 1,391 patient samples across 72 datasets, encompassing nearly 4.7 million cells and 144 cell types. These data originate from 12 different tissue types and cover 24 types of cancer.
For each dataset, we have performed UMAP analysis, with detailed annotations of cell types and marker genes alongside assessments of differentially expressed genes. Additionally, we have conducted comprehensive analyses on changes in cell composition, treatment-related functional enrichments, and cell-cell communications, offering extensive insights into disease mechanisms and therapeutic responses.
This resource is designed to provide researchers with precise data support, enabling them to explore new strategies for cancer treatment and to deepen their understanding of cancer biology.
